Kristi is worth her weight in gold when it comes to experience and advice. I was having a rough time with my bank dragging their feet getting us to closing. If it had not been for Kristi's due diligence and experience I would have probably lost the house I was closing on. She definitely went well above and beyond what most realtors would have done. I would also recommend that you listen to the advice she is offering. It definitely would have made the whole experience a lot easier and a lot more pleasurable.
