Looking for a top notch professional realtor to sell your home? Here are 5 tips to help you pick the pro to get your home sold!

  1. Interview the agent.  You want a full time knowledgeable agent with a good marketing plan.  A few questions to ask:  How many homes did you sell last year?   2. Specifically ask the agent the areas he/she works. You want to make sure your agent is extremely knowledgeable and has sold homes in your area.
  3. If you are satisfied with the responses to your interview questions, ask the agent for an appointment to view your home. During this time, the agent should be making notes on your home and working toward providing you with a price/market analysis.  Use this time to further interview the agent to ensure you are comfortable with him/her.
  4. Check out various sources like Google, Zillow, agent’s website and facebook page to see what others have to say about the agent.
